Jeff Frazier, PT, DPT, OCS, FAAOMPT, Co-Owner
An Oklahoma native, Jeff attended the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center receiving his Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT). Since graduation, Jeff has quickly advanced as a medical professional completing an orthopedic residency and is a Board Certified Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) and completed the profession’s highest clinical training, a manual therapy fellowship program through the American Academy of Orthopaedic Manual Physical Therapists (AAOMPT). He has spent his entire career in the outpatient orthopedic and sports setting, including working with the Atlanta Braves and Tom Shaw Performance. He is also certified in the Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA), a full body examination and treatment approach, focusing on eliminating recurring orthopedic injuries and trained in performing Functional Dry Needling.
Geoffrey Lau, PT, DPT, SCS, Co-Owner
Geoff grew up in Edmond and graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelor of Science in Zoology. He then obtained his Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree at the OU Health Sciences Center and has practiced exclusively in the orthopedic and sports medicine setting since graduation. While working and serving the University of Oklahoma student athletes, he completed his Sports Physical Therapy Residency and became a Board Certified Sports Clinical Specialist (SCS). As a Sports Rehabilitation Specialist for OU’s Athletic Department, Geoff is also the team physical therapist for the Men’s and Women’s Track & Field and Cross Country programs and also treats athletes for all other sports for the university. Geoff is also certified in dry needling.
Jonathan Ong, PT, DPT, OCS
Jonathan was born and raised in Malaysia, moving to Oklahoma for his college education, graduating from the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelors of Science in Health and Exercise Sciences in 2007 and Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from OUHSC in 2011. After graduation, Jonathan further advanced his training when he accepted a full time physical therapy position in California and completed the Movement for Life Orthopedic Residency, partnered with the University of Southern California in 2014. He also became a Board Certified Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) in 2015. Jonathan is also a certified in dry needling and has completed Myokinematic Restoration course through the Postural Restoration Institute. He is a huge advocate for manual therapy and its implications in improving patient outcomes and enjoys an active lifestyle of golfing, soccer, and running in his free time.
Jenna Jarvis, PT, DPT, OCS
Jenna grew up in Broomfield, Colorado, and attended Boise State University, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Exercise Physiology in 2014. While at Boise State, she ran collegiate cross-country and track. She then attended Regis University in Denver, Colorado, where she graduated with her Doctor in Physical Therapy (DPT) in 2017. While at Regis, she completed her Level 1 and Level 2 Women’s Health courses through PIPER Professional Education and completed a long term pelvic health clinical rotation with a nationally recognized women’s health specialist. She has also completed an Orthopaedic Residency Program through Evidence in Motion (EIM) and received the distinction of Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) in 2019. She has also completed the APTA Pelvic Health Level 1 and Fundamental Topics of Pregnancy and Postpartum Physical Therapy course and is currently pursuing her APTA Pelvic Health Certification. She has a passion for orthopedics, sports, and women’s health specialties and loves returning patients to the activities they enjoy most.
Colin Jones, PT, DPT, OCS, FAAOMPT
Dr. Colin Jones was raised in rural, northwest Oklahoma where he developed an interest in sports medicine and physical therapy. Colin went on to attend the University of Oklahoma, receiving his B.S. in Health and Exercise Sciences. After undergraduate studies, Colin completed his Physical Therapy Doctorate program at The University of Oklahoma Health Science Center. Dr. Jones continued his post graduate studies through The Manual Therapy Institute, where he completed advanced residency courses and earned title of Fellow through the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy (AAOMPT). Colin is also recognized as an Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) by the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties. He has specific sports experience working in professional baseball with the Kansas City Royals, as well as dance entertainment with professional and collegiate tap, jazz, and ballet dancers. Colin is excited to be practicing in Moore and looks forward to being involved and assisting the community.
Olivia Nees, PT, DPT
Olivia grew up in Norman, Oklahoma and graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelor of Science in Health and Exercise Sciences. She went on to obtain her Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center with outstanding distinction in 2019. Olivia has always had a passion for sports and sports rehab. After growing up playing soccer competitively for 10 years, she went on to become the head junior varsity and assistance varsity women’s soccer coach at Norman North High School for 4 years. With this experience, Olivia is very passionate about specific, on-the-field treatment, bridging the gap between traditional clinical rehab and full return to sport. She is currently studying to become a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and plans to begin an orthopedic residency with the next year. Olivia is excited to begin her career so close to home and serve the Moore community.
