An Oklahoma native, Jeff attended the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center receiving his Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT). Since graduation, Jeff has quickly advanced as a medical professional completing an orthopedic residency and is a Board Certified Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) and completed the profession’s highest clinical training, a manual therapy fellowship program through the American Academy of Orthopaedic Manual Physical Therapists (AAOMPT). He has spent his entire career in the outpatient orthopedic and sports setting, including working with the Atlanta Braves and Tom Shaw Performance. He is also certified in the Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA), a full body examination and treatment approach, focusing on eliminating recurring orthopedic injuries and trained in Functional Dry Needling. In 2021, Jeff became the first physical therapist in the Oklahoma to be an OnBaseU certified hitting and pitching expert. Jeff regularly works with MLB and NFL teams providing post-surgical rehab and offseason treatment for their professional athletes. In 2022, Jeff Frazier partnered with Dr. Clayton Nelson, MD, founding the Oklahoma Throwing Athlete Association, and they have co-chaired the Annual Injuries in the Throwing Athlete Conference in OKC, hosting other medical professionals, coaches, and players. In 2024, Jeff was named the APTA Oklahoma Clinical Instructor of the Year.

Geoff grew up in Edmond and graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelor of Science in Zoology. He then obtained his Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree at the OU Health Sciences Center and has practiced exclusively in the orthopedic and sports medicine setting since graduation. While working and serving the University of Oklahoma student athletes, he completed his Sports Physical Therapy Residency, becoming a Board Certified Sports Clinical Specialist (SCS). Geoff is also certified in dry needling. Geoff previously served as a Rehabilitation Specialist for the University of Oklahoma, primarily overseeing Track & Field and Cross Country athletes before being promoted to Director of Rehabilitation for the University of Oklahoma overseeing the rehabilitation process for all student-athletes in the entire athletic department, with primary emphasis being in football.

John Howard was raised in Wewoka, OK and earned his Bachelor of Science (BS) in Health Studies with special distinctions and his Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) with outstanding distinction from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center (OUHSC). John received several accolades during his physical therapy education including the OUHSC Allied Health Student Association Scholarship, the OUHSC Elam-Plowman Scholarship for Excellence in Musculoskeletal Physical Therapy, and acceptance into the Alpha Eta Honor Society and Crimson Club. John has spent his entire career in outpatient orthopedic and sports rehabilitation settings. He started his career at Ben Hogan Sports Medicine, currently Texas Health Sports Medicine, one of the top sports rehabilitation practices in the nation. John is a board certified Sports Physical Therapist (SCS), Certified Manual and Neurodynamic Therapist (CMNT), and trained in dry needling through Structure and Function Dry Needling (SFDN). In 2023, John has also became Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) Certified. John is a proud husband and father of four kids and enjoys spending time with family, golfing, cooking, and landscaping.

Jonathan was born and raised in Malaysia, moving to Oklahoma for his college education, graduating from the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelor’s of Science in Health and Exercise Sciences in 2007, before continuing his education at University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center and receiving his Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree in 2011. After graduation, Jonathan further advanced his training when he accepted a full time physical therapy position in California and completed the Movement for Life Orthopedic Residency, partnered with the University of Southern California in 2014. He also became a Board Certified Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) in 2015. Jonathan is a huge advocate for manual therapy and its implications in improving patient outcomes and is also a certified in dry needling and completed multiple courses in the world renowned, Postural Restoration Institute.

Colin Jones was raised in rural, northwest Oklahoma where he developed an interest in sports medicine and physical therapy. Colin went on to attend the University of Oklahoma, receiving his B.S. in Health and Exercise Sciences. After undergraduate studies, Colin completed his Physical Therapy Doctorate program at The University of Oklahoma Health Science Center. Dr. Jones continued his post graduate studies through The Manual Therapy Institute, where he completed advanced residency courses and earned title of Fellow through the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy (AAOMPT). Colin is also recognized as an Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) by the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties. He has specific sports experience working in professional baseball with the Kansas City Royals, as well as dance entertainment with professional and collegiate tap, jazz, and ballet dancers. Colin is also on the advisory board for the Oklahoma Performing Arts Collective (OPAC). Colin is excited to be practicing in Moore and looks forward to being involved and assisting the community.

Skyler grew up in Beaver, Oklahoma where he quickly developed an interest in sports medicine and physical therapy. Skyler then attended Southwestern Oklahoma State University where he graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science (BS) in Biology. While at Southwestern Oklahoma State University, Skyler actively participated in research for Oklahoma Department of Wildlife Conservation. Skyler than earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) with outstanding distinction from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center (OUHSC). He is currently completing his orthopedic residency and manual therapy fellowship through The Manual Therapy Institute. Skyler now resides in Moore and enjoys spending time with friends and family, watching sports, playing guitar, and cooking. Skyler is excited to be practicing at OSSPT and is looking forward to serving the community.

Kaytlyn grew up in Marlow, Oklahoma where she was a three sport athlete in softball, basketball and track. She furthered her softball career at Cameron University, Seminole State, and East Central University where she graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science in Kinesiology. She then attended Oklahoma City University earning her Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT). Kaytlyn now resides in Moore with her husband Colton. She enjoys spending time with family, friends, and her three dogs (May, Skeeter, and Milo). Kaytlyn started start her career with OSSPT in 2024 and has special interests in post-surgical rehabilitation, working with the geriatric population, and women’s health.

Zac was born and raised in Knoxville, Tennessee where he was recruited to play lacrosse at Arizona State University. Zac attended ASU graduating with a Bachelors of Science in Exercise and Wellness as well as receiving All-Conference and All-American accolades for lacrosse. Zac then attended High Point University in North Carolina where he graduated with his Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT). Zac has sport and military experience completing internships at the University of Tennessee Athletic Department as well as Wright Patterson Air-Force Base. Zac has spent his entire career working in the outpatient orthopedics setting. He is currently attending the Manual Therapy Institute to further his education; working towards earning the title of Fellow through the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy (AAOMPT). Zac is excited to begin working at OSSPT to help patients achieve their goals.

Kelli More PT, DPT

Kelli is a Doctor of Physical Therapy with over 20 years of experience, specializing in outpatient orthopedics. After earning her doctorate from the University of Iowa, she spent more than 16 of those years as a manager and director for a hospital-based outpatient orthopedic group, where she played a key role in both patient care and leadership. Born in Norfolk, Virginia and raised in a military family, Kelli experienced a diverse upbringing, moving frequently, and graduated from Bellevue, Nebraska. Her passion for gymnastics led her to Iowa State University, where she became the school’s first All-America women’s gymnast – an achievement that shaped her career and deepened her commitment to helping athletes excel. She brings her own understanding of the sport’s unique demands into her practice and is dedicated to helping athletes perform and recover at their highest levels. In addition to her progressional achievements, Kelli is a proud wife and mother to three kids, whose busy family life keeps her on her toes. Whether its supporting her kids in their athletic pursuits or helping patients recover, she understands the importance of staying strong, healthy, and active. She is eager to service this community moving forward.
